Let us carry you, in a conservation spirited journey, to the magic world
of Ilha do Mel (Honey Island), of the coast of the state of Paraná - Brazil
(same state
where the famous Iguassu Falls are). Here on the island past, present and
future will reveal the enchantment of this ecological station so that even
more people may be concerned with its preservation.
Designed and built with a strong visual appeal this site was made to be
more than just a portrait of the area. We want you to also experience the
emotions, go behind the scenes, discover the island and, above all, make
it known and felt to others.
On Ilha do Mel or Honey Island, not only is nature being preserved but
history also. A history, while defending its historical heritage, as rich as
its fauna and flora which captivates more and more admirers each day.
We welcome you to Ilha do Mel (Honey Island) and hope you enjoy this site as much as
its gratifying for us to keep on building it. Fortunately, you'll soon be
here on the Island discovering all of its secrets to.
